In this phase, the program is elaborated into a concrete, spatial, organisational and administrative Common Space. Strategies to strengthen the potential and transform the existing situation play an important role.

Co-creation processes
Innovative projects only emerge through coherent procedures and processes. In most cases, these must first be adapted to the project. Our Common Space team offers to design and lead cooperative processes with the help of our Common Space Tools.
